An analysis of various similarities between Jesus Christ's life and Harry Potter's journey from the Harry Potter film series, with a central focus on narrative analysis. All eight movies show a clear connection between Harry and Jesus which, considering J.K. Rowling’s personal beliefs, reveals a crucial inspiration for the Harry Potter series. There are many characters other than Harry who have various biblical parallels; these relationships will also be analyzed as they support Rowling’s portrayal of Harry as a Christ figure.
I am an avid animal lover despite being allergic to cats and dogs! I am also a CNA and love working within the medical field, specifically patient care. Additionally, I love to read and would debate literature any day!
