The purpose of this study was to determine if game location or game day wellness were related to game outcome for a collegiate women’s lacrosse team. Athletes (n=34) completed a daily subjective wellness survey related to muscle soreness, sleep quality, stress, and fatigue. Responses were averaged to calculate overall wellness. The season consisted of seven losses and nine wins, with 10 away games and six home games. Location was not related to game outcome (p=.152) nor were any game day wellness sub-scores (p=.490-.527) or composite scores (p=.614). Neither location nor wellness were game outcome predictors.
